Our heating Xpert will attend your property to carry out a free site survey. The technically skilled engineer will then provide a quote based on the best system fit for your home.

Once you decide on the boiler right for your home, you can approve the quote on our portal which will prompt us to send you our next available dates and times to schedule your installation.

Our Gas Safe Engineers will attend your property to install your new Boiler, checks are carried out to ensure the system is fully working before we leave. Once the install is complete our customer service team will be in touch to ensure you are completely satisfied with the installation.

Following completion of your boiler installation our team will register your new boiler and any other components to extend its manufactures guarantee, we will also register the boiler with gas safe. Immediately after this you will receive your documents via email.

A new boiler, supply and installation, can cost anywhere between £1,500-£3,000+ depending on the make and model of the boiler. When installing a boiler their are additional material costs to take into consideration such as the boiler filter and flue. You may also want to update your heating control system at the time of replacing your boiler.

You can book in a free boiler quote by completing our boiler installation form or emailing us at enquiries@heatxpert.com. Just provide your address, contact details and some dates best suited for a home visit and we will schedule your quote in.
We book in a home visit to carry out a survey ahead of the boiler installation, should you decide to go ahead, to ensure all costs have been factored into the quote, we don’t like any hidden surprises!

A boiler replacement can take anywhere between 1-3 days, depending on the type of installation and boiler required. If we are replacing a like for like boiler this is pretty quick and simple and usually completed within 1 day. You will be provided with an estimated installation time on our quotation.

It is very important to dispose of your old boiler responsibility and safely. We remove your old boiler and take this away with us (including all packaging and rubbish) We work with a waste removal company who are licensed by the Environmental Agency, protecting and improving the environment by supporting sustainable development.

When you receive our quote you will have the option to ‘approve quote’ once you click this and sign we will receive a notification that you would like to go ahead and will be in touch to agree an installation date

We take payment on satisfactory completion of the installation. Once the work has been completed you will receive an emailed invoice which will include details on how to make payment, we accept bank transfer, debit card or credit card. We also offer finance options on all boiler installations.

As an accredited installer, when using Heatxpert for your new boiler installation, you will have access to extended boiler guarantees, up to 10 years. We take care of the paperwork for you so you can sit back and relax once your boiler has been installed.
